Terms of Service

1. About ShowPost

ShowPost is a shared post-production tracking tool for film and series crews. It lets a production team follow work across departments (edit, VFX, sound, DI, mix, censor, mastering and more) in one place. Access is currently invite-only.

2. Accounts and access

Accounts are created by invitation from an administrator. Every sign-in requires your password and a one-time code sent to your email. You are responsible for keeping your credentials and your email account secure, and for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

• Use the platform only for legitimate production tracking with your team.
• Do not attempt to access productions you have not been added to.
• Do not upload unlawful content or interfere with the service or other users.

4. Your production data

The tracker content you and your crew enter (stages, tasks, crew, notes, deliverables) belongs to your production. We store it to provide the service and do not sell it. An administrator or production owner may add or remove members, which changes who can see a production.

5. Availability

The platform is provided on an as-is basis while in active development. Features may change and occasional downtime may occur. We aim to avoid data loss but you should keep your own records of anything critical.

6. Termination

We may suspend access that breaches these terms. You may stop using the platform at any time by asking an administrator to remove your account.

7. Changes

These terms are temporary and will be replaced with a full version before general availability. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
